37. The Minister may, in accordance with the applicable legislative provisions, enter into an agreement with a government other than the Gouvernement du Québec, a department of such a government, an international organization, or a body of such a government or organization or into an agreement with a person or body in or outside Québec to facilitate the administration or enforcement of this Act, of fiscal, criminal or penal legislation or of any similar legislation outside Québec.
For the purposes of that agreement, personal information may be communicated.

37. The Authority may, by an agreement entered into under section 33 of the Act respecting the regulation of the financial sector (chapter E-6.1), allow the communication of any personal information to facilitate the administration or enforcement of this Act, of fiscal, criminal or penal legislation or of any similar legislation outside Québec.

The Authority may, by an agreement entered into under section 33 of the Act respecting the Autorité des marchés financiers (chapter A-33.2), allow the communication of any personal information to facilitate the administration or enforcement of this Act, of fiscal, criminal or penal legislation or of any similar legislation outside Québec.
